Signature Design Service
Our full-scope offering for families building or renovating, and furnishing a complete home. We manage every phase — space planning, design, sourcing, procurement, and installation.
Design investment from $20/sq ft with all furnishings sourced exclusively through Alcove Interiors.
Total project investment typically ranges from
$150K–$300K+ including only design and furnishings.
Curated Design Service
Focused design for a specific room or space. We follow the same thoughtful process and offer trade-only sourcing access as our full-scale work.
Applied to a less-than-whole home project that’s right for where you are right now. Including Color Consultations, Furnishings Only, and smaller scale updates.
Total project proposals typically begin at

A clear process from the first
conversation to the day we install.
01- Design Discovery
We begin with a complimentary Discovery Conversation to hear about your home and goals. If it's a great fit, we schedule a two-hour on-site Design Consultation — a paid working session where we assess your space, understand how you live, and give you a clear, personalized path forward.
For whole home renovation and new build projects, the Design Consultation is followed by a Project Direction Report — a detailed written plan covering design direction, trades scope, builder coordination, timeline, and investment. This is your roadmap, whether you move forward with Alcove Interiors or not.
Design Consultation: $500, credited toward your project.
Project Direction Report (renovation + new build): $1,250, credited toward your project.
02 — Proposal & Agreement
We present your project scope, timeline, and investment — and for renovation and new build projects, a detailed Project Direction Report outlining the full design and trades plan. Once your proposal is approved and your Letter of Agreement is signed, the work begins.
03 — Design Development
Our team develops detailed design boards and furniture plans for each room — space planning, finish schedules, fabric options, lighting selections, and full FF&E documentation. You review, provide feedback, and we refine until the direction is exactly right.
04 — Coordination & Sourcing
We manage all sourcing, quoting, and ordering — partnering with our trusted vendor network and coordinating lead times directly with your builder and trades. For renovation and new build projects, we work alongside your contractor, review finish schedules, attend site visits at key milestones, and maintain clear communication between all trades to keep design intent on track. Every piece is specified, ordered, and tracked through Alcove from start to finish.
05 — Logistics & Receiving
We coordinate all shipments, physically receive and inspect every furnishing for quality, and store items securely in our warehouse until your space is ready. You never manage a delivery, chase a vendor, or worry about damage.
06 — Installation & Styling
Our white-glove team delivers, assembles, installs, and styles every room — furniture placed, art hung, lighting installed, window treatments dressed, and every finishing touch in place. All packaging removed. Your home will be move-in ready.
07 — The Reveal
You walk into your finished home — fully styled, move-in ready, and exactly what we designed together. We walk through every room together, note any final touches, and make sure everything is right before we hand it over.
